Where are you based?

Northern Virginia, but willing to travel!

How do I book a session?

Send me a message here with some details about the type of shoot you'd like to schedule. I'd love to discuss what you have in mind.

How would you describe your photographic style?

Warm. Authentic. Relaxed. Classic. I’m a natural light photographer who’s not big into super pose-y portraits. I want you to feel comfortable during our sessions so that your portraits reflect you and your personality. My goal is to authentically document moments in your life, ones that you and your loved ones will treasure for years to come. Don’t worry, I’ll be jumping around, making terrible corny jokes to loosen things up... whether it’s a family session with little ones or on your wedding day.

What should I wear?

Wear what makes you feel comfortable! The details depend on the type of shoot, but I’m happy to talk through that in more detail with you.

What are digital negatives?

It’s basically the fancy way of saying the files. With me, I don’t make you pay extra to choose the portraits once you’ve already paid for the portrait session. Once you make the investment, you are able to reproduce your portraits forever!

Do you give veterans discounts?

YES. I am so thankful to those who have sacrificed and served our country to protect our freedom. Please let me know if you are a veteran when you inquire about booking, so I can in this small way, give back to you.

I also need to take a moment to #humblebrag… I’m married to a veteran.❤️

Does my wedding package include an engagement session?

Yes, they can! Your engagement session will be great to use for save the dates or invitations. PLUS, it’s a great opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other before your wedding!

Can we meet before my portrait session?

Absolutely! I'd love to learn more about you before your session. I find that it's the best way for us to learn more about one another. If you're not in town, no problem. That's why Zoom and FaceTime exist, right?
